Terms & Conditions
Apex Turf Management, LLC
Service Agreement Policy
Effective Date: March 16, 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern all professional services provided by Apex Turf Management (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) to the customer (“Customer,” “Client,” or “you”). By enrolling in a service program, scheduling a visit, or permitting work to be performed on your property, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies.
1. Scope of Professional Services
Apex Turf Management specializes in professional lawn care solutions, including fertilization, weed control, turf health treatments, aeration, and overseeding. All services are performed in accordance with industry standards and your specific program agreement.
Treatment schedules are optimized for seasonal results and may be adjusted based on weather conditions, local climate patterns, or evolving turf health needs. We reserve the right to modify application timing or professional products to ensure the best possible results for your lawn.
2. Property Access and Site Safety
To ensure consistent and effective service, the customer agrees to provide safe access to the property. Responsibilities include unlocking necessary gates, securing pets indoors during treatments, and removing obstacles from turf areas. Underground systems, such as irrigation components, must be clearly marked. If safe access is not available at the time of service, the visit may be rescheduled, and a service fee may be applied to the account.
3. Billing and Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of each service visit unless a prepaid program is in place. We reserve the right to process payments using the secure method on file following each treatment. Accounts unpaid after 15 days may incur late fees or suffer service suspension. Customers are responsible for all collection costs, including professional attorney fees, should collection efforts be required for outstanding balances.
4. Service Scheduling and Performance
Services are scheduled based on seasonal timing and logistical efficiency; specific arrival times are not guaranteed. We may reschedule services due to equipment maintenance, safety concerns, or environmental conditions. Weather-related delays are common in turf care; in these cases, services will be completed at the earliest appropriate time to ensure treatment effectiveness and turf health.
5. Results Disclaimer
While we use high-quality professional products and best management practices, results depend on factors beyond our control, including soil conditions, extreme weather, irrigation habits, mowing height, shade, and pest activity. For these reasons, while we strive for excellence, specific aesthetic outcomes or total eradication of weeds and pests cannot be unequivocally guaranteed.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Optimal lawn health is a partnership. To maximize treatment results, customers agree to maintain proper cultural practices as recommended by our specialists, including adequate watering schedules and maintaining the correct mowing height for their turf species. Failure to follow these site-specific requirements may significantly reduce the effectiveness of our professional applications.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apex Turf Management shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, or pre-existing turf damages. We are not responsible for damages related to irrigation failures or underground systems that were not identified or marked by the customer. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service from which a claim arises.
8. Agreement and Acceptance
By scheduling service, purchasing a lawn care program, or authorizing work on your property, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
Service Continuity
Engagement of our services constitutes a formal agreement to these terms. We encourage all clients to review these policies periodically to maintain a successful and professional partnership for their turf management needs.
